Income and outgoing spreadsheet to company accounts... HOW TO?

I am in a quandary, I cannot afford to pay an accountant (but used to and need to submit Companies House accounts for 2 years back. I have a transaction spreadsheet (income and outgoings) but haven’t a clue how to go from there… HELP!
