In the column you’re mapping the “Description” to, are there any blank entries here? If the CSV import tool finds rows with no descriptions it will skip over them.
If you’re stuck let me know your QF account name or number and I’ll take a look for you.
If you want to send a private message you can do so by clicking on the avatar of the person you want to contact and selecting the “Message” button.

If the message button doesn’t appear, it may be due to the trust level on your account (if you are new on the forum). If this is the case please post publicly and we’ll help you out.
