If you want to send a private message you can do so by clicking on the avatar of the person you want to contact and selecting the “Message” button.
If the message button doesn’t appear, it may be due to the trust level on your account (if you are new on the forum). If this is the case please post publicly and we’ll help you out.
Attaching Files
You can also use the private message box to upload files. Just look out for the file upload button in the message window.
For general support always post publicly, QuickFile operate a system of shared support, by discussing in the open, others will benefit from the shared knowledge.
Reading Private Messages
When somebody replies to a private message, you will see a green notification alongside the speech bubble icon at the top. Click on this to reveal all recent replies.
