Inconsistent dates on app purchase invoices

When I use the app to post invoices, where the invoice has been posted already, the matched transaction shows payment due date rather than invoice date. Anyone else cone across similar

Is this the mobile app? Can you tell me what version of the app you’re using and which app please (e.g. iOS or Android)?

If possible, are you also able to tell me an example where you’re seeing this please? You’re welcome to upload a screenshot if you wish (just ensure any sensitive data has been removed).

It is the latest app version for android.

As an accountant, I switch between various clients as is necessary, but I do not think that this is an issue.

I do not have any live data to show you unfortunately, but to explain.

I take the photo as normal and enter the amount.

There is then shown a list of invoices paid and unpaid of the same value for various suppliers and of different dates.

The date that was showing was the payment due date and not the invoice date; easy enough to solve by logging in to the account and looking up the purchase record to confirm.

I was using the system to attach an image of the invoice to the purchase record where dummy invoices had been raised whilst awaiting a copy of the original invoice which arrived a few days later.

I had no problems today with a different client
