I am confident that the bank balance has been correct every time I have looked until today, when it is precisely £2000 less in Quickfile than in Starling. What is the best way to investigate this?

The balance is made up of
- The Opening balance
- All transactions on the account
The balance would change if
- The opening balance has been amended
- New transactions are on the account
- Existing transactions have been removed
- Check the opening balance on the account
- Reconcile the account.
