How do i correct an incorrect statement balance on the bank account - I have continued to upload during the year, but at some point the statement got out of sync with the balance on my account - how do i find this and correct it?

I think the tool you’re looking for here is the recon tool. This will compare balances on your bank statement compared to the one on QuickFile, based on a date range.
If you start with a wide period (e.g. 1 month), and then narrow it down to identify the discrepancy.
