Is there a way that the number of items shown when searching to show more than the max 50 that is currenlty in place now. For eg for a full accounting period I wish to export all the invoices in excel format and if there are 200 invoices, I have to go to each page showing 50 and selecting all to export.

You can export all transactions for a date range via the Chart of Accounts screen.
The example below exports all the sales transactions for the 2022 calendar year.
