Information not sending to Zapier

I have registered to Zapier and connected my mailchimp and Quick File account.

I have set it so when a new client is registered, it creates it in Mail Chimp as a subscriber.

However when creating a new client its not pulling through.

Could I please check whether you have Power User Subscription on your QuickFile account?
