Insufficient space available on your Dropbox cloud storage?

Hello,

Please see a print screen of message I received from Qiuck File regarding my Dropbox backups.
Its say I have no free space on my Dropbox available but I do.

Some bug?

I’ve asked someone to look into this as I’ve also seen this happen with my test account this morning. Either myself or my colleague will update this once we have more information.

However, any undelivered back-ups would have been sent by email

Thanks for letting us know. We’re still looking into it.

When your Dropbox backup fails, it should email you a copy. If not, you can still manually download one through the backup option in your account settings

@Kieron did this happen today? I know Dropbox made a change to their API that broke quite a few of their integrations. I understand however it was later reverted.

Our own engineer has been looking at this and was also working on a temporary fix.

EDIT:

Just checked my own account and the backup was made directly to Dropbox. If you received that message in the last 24 hrs let me know and we’ll look into this further.

EDIT 2:

Marking as resolved, we now see backups are routing into Dropbox. I will leave the thread open for several more days in case there are any further problems.
