We need to transfer our inventory items list with their prices from QuickFile to our OpenCart website. Which of the current integration options are available to make it?

You can export your inventory items by running a backup.
This will give you a collection of CSV files of all of your ledgers including Inventory_Items.CSV like in the example below.
