The sales inventory was designed as a way to speed up the invoice entry by having pre defined text and values that you can import onto the invoice.
You can however use the Sales_Invoice_Item.csv in the backup to report invoice item lines, you could filter this by description and total the Qty column.
It depends how detailed you want to be.
If you select Select Sales > Sales Inventory > Search
Tick rhe “Show Quantity Used” box, then input Date Range (if required)
and Submit.
The Quantity Used column will appear in the table.
