Inventory sales report issue

I’ve been trying to create a month by month report of my itemised sales to see which vegetables are popular when. I’ve been using advanced search feature in the inventory management page and setting the date one month at a time. The report works perfectly in Quickfiles but when I export the data into excel the quantity used is giving me the total quantity (since I’ve been using QF) and not the monthly totals. Please can you help.

Unfortunately I can’t think of any other way of easily exporting the data month by month only to copy the figures manually

Some changes have been made with regards to the export. Please could you have a look now as it should all work as expected.
