sent invite to affinity account to bill electronically , no message on affinity account to accept ?

You can link a single QuickFile account to an Affinity account. Affinity is used to manage the logins of other accounts and in itself doesn’t have the features to create/issue invoices etc.
On a similar note, the Affinity email addresses are just holders - they don’t go anywhere. So if you have used these anywhere, the emails sent to them are ignored.
so each affinity account must have a unique email?
Like standard accounts, every Affinity account login would need to be different.
