Invoice date confusion (changing to written format)

I have looked but cannot find a way to show the invoice date with the written month format. I have had a few issues over the years where customers dispute invoice dates because they are reading them incorrectly (Americans). Some do not seem to understand how we would use a different format and I thought the confusion could be overcome by writing the date as 06 August 2021 and not 06-08-21

If this is possible please point me in a direction, if not it could be a useful feature to offer.

This certainly is possible. You need to go to:

Account settings >> Company settings >> Date format (near bottom of list)
