How to disable Client invoice login?

Are just just wanting to disable it of send PDF invoices?
If you Modify the client record you will see this near the bottom.
You can untick Enforce client login and tick Allow PDF invoices if required.

Just to add to what @QFSteve mentioned, you can enforce client login at an account level if you wish. This is in Account Settings > Advanced Settings:
