Invoice number in PDF filename

Hi,
I export all my invoices as PDF’s so that I can personally send them in an email.

Is it possible for the filename of the PDF to represent the invoice number?

Currently the PDF automatically has a file name with lots of numbers in it, but none are the invoice number.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the names of the PDFs that are generated, although you may wish to add your vote to this topic.

Is there anything we could help with to enable you to send them from within your QuickFile account? If you send them there, you have a log of it being sent, and if you send a link rather than a PDF, then it also records when they’ve viewed the invoice which can be useful for when you chase payment.
