The email address used here is the main administrator’s email address.

Invoice/estimate queries raised from the client side are directed to the default admin user on your account. In your case I can see this is a company name that differs to your main account name. Please go into the Account Settings menu and select Team Management, here you will see an option to view and edit the main admin user. Rather than put a company name here it’s best to include the name of a contact person within the organisation.
