Invoices not printing

When I try to print an invoice a new browser window opens with a new pdf link but all I get is a black screen. no PDF appears for printing.

I am using a Chrome browser. It has worked OK in the past.

Any ideas

Is your PDF reader up-to-date, if not here is link to update it https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
