Invoices paid by paypal not auto updating

Hi there
If someone pays by Go Cardless, the invoice get auto updated as paid but if they pay by paypal it doesn’t…

Is this something to do with my settings? a bug? Issue? Or is it not yet a feature?

Would be great to get this working as manually reconciling is a pain and clients sometime contact me straight away to say they paid by paypal but invoice not updated.

Do they pay via QuickFile, or through PayPal?

If payment is taken through QuickFile, it should update automatically.

Just wanted to confirm with myself over the auto tagging for PayPal payments via QuickFile, and yes, it does.
