Invoices received from QF users not importing into my QF account

as it is the end of the financial year i have been receiving invoices from other QF users and wehn clicking on the link i went to import to QF , it then asks me to

i add our organisation name to the box and it takes me to a QF log in page

, i log in and it suggests it has been successful, but it has not uploaded the invoice to QF
can you help please.

There was an issue picked up by our development team which may have affected this earlier.
