Can invoicing be done from a hand held terminal?

Can you be a bit more specific about what you’re trying to achieve?

What do you mean by hand held terminal? As this is a web based package then anything with a browser and internet access can raise invoices in the standard manner. You could use the API if the device doesn’t have a browser.

Trying to find out wether I can upload invoices and payments into the QuickFile system if they were raised by an offline gadget eg a hht.

Thanks Lurch,you get my drift and yes the terminal is offline so let me check on API some more.

Whatever remote device/interface you’re using would need to be able to communicate with QuickFile over the API to invoke the invoice_create method.
