Tried looking for support but couldnt find a thread that supported. I have tried numerous attempts to resolve but cannot find the answer

I have checked and we do have a number of other users using the same mail server/provider.
So I would say it’s an authentication issue
Either the password would be wrong, or if you have 2FA enabled, you may need an app password or something to authenticate.
If you are sure on the password then I would reccomend speaking to your mail provider for further support with authentication.
