I use QuickFile for my UK company but live outside the UK now. I am not able to find the app in the App Store on my iPhone. Is the app published only to the UK store? How can I get it?

I am not technical but you could try a vpn service and choose the uk as the default country/geographical area and see if that works.
That does not work because my Apple account is now registered to another country. So if the app is pinned to the UK I cannot see it or install it.

Unfortunately, the iOS app is limited to the UK. However, you should still be able to log in using the browser version asusual.
