My wife’s iOS app comes up with a message at the bottom of the screen about not being able to connect to the server when she tries to log in. This started happening yesterday. The Android app works fine on my phone, and the website works fine on both devices.
The message, on a red background, reads “Cannot connect to QuickFile server”.
Any idea what might be causing this issue / what we can do to fix it? We have tried reinstalling the app on her phone, which made no difference.
