Iphone receipt hub uploads

Hi,

My uploads from my iphone do not appear to be uploading into quickfile. I have tried to use it on two different phones and nothing is uploading. I have removed symbols etc but it still does not work. Any ideas?

Apologies, it seems to have been affected by a recent update we have made. If you retry now it should work fine.

Yes it seems to be working now. However, I have about 20 receipts pending that I did earlier will they need inputting again as they do not seem to have uploaded to receipt hub?

I’m afraid to say that the iPhone app doesn’t have a resend facility. You can however use the ‘email to’ icon and send the receipts to receipts@quickfile.co.uk. You just need to configure your account to allow this first.
