Is QuickFile Down?

Trying to do Month End and it has stoppped responding. Obviously my Internet is ok as I’m posting this. :slight_smile:

There are no issues at present, everything is running as normal.

Are there any particular pages you’re having issues with?

Any page on your site was giving me a 500 error. It’s back now though.

Is it working now on your device? It is working fine on mine.

Similar problem here yesterday, either error 500 reported or invoices corrupted with overlaid text, guess end month/year overload, seems OK today.

Please accept our apologies about this. There was a period last night where our infrastructure partner experienced some issues for around 20-30 minutes.

This has since been resolved and you should now be able to access your account as normal.
