Is QuickFile suitable for a local, non-profit choir?

I run a small choir of about 25 members. It is entirely non-profit, I don’t get paid and neither does anyone else. Our income is mainly from subscriptions, about £250 per month and our outgoings vary but are limited in number, rehearsal hall hire, music etc. We sometime get paid for our preformances and this income is donated to charity.

We have, up to now, used a spreadsheet to keep track of our money, would QuickFile make it easier and quicker for the volunteer who acts as our treasurer?

Thank you all for your help.

Hello @Diggle

Its a hard question to answer and you will be familiar with your own spreadsheets.

There is no harm is giving it a go to see if you like it, run it along side your spreadsheet.

QuickFile is free to store accounting data up to the first 1000 nominal postings in a rolling 12 month period then requires a power user subscription (£60 +vat per year) after that.
