If an email (Invoice or reminder) is sent to a client automatically, and “CC me” is selected, then can the client see this information in their email?
When I view the email sent to me, it shows…
“+++ This is a Carbon Copy. The original was sent to…”
When I view the email contained in the log, a similar appended message is NOT shown.
However, Glens response to the below thread suggests that “Whenever there are multiple recipients for a given invoice, the CC list will be appended.”
(Include CC list of invoice recipients on invoice / e-mail)
Please can you clarify what is / not appended to the clients email.
