Also, the importing help-page, the ‘Town’ column should be ‘Town/City’

The country code with be 2 characters (e.g. “GB”).
You should be able to map the columns manually if needed, but I will take a look at the help page and get this corrected where needed. Thanks for letting us know.
Thanks - you should probably add that ‘Tel’ can be used for the telephone number field (for the company, not a contact) as well (I managed it). I suspect others can be used (I looked at the source for the customer’s page to get the field-name, based on the field-names stated in the help-page).
