Issue with posting journal via Payrollsite

Getting the below error when trying to post Accounting Transaction.
Current Status: Failed
**Additional Information:**A problem occurred when checking your QuickFile account and token.

I have confirmed my QuickFile Account Number & Marketplace Token.
I have also revoked and reissued the Marketplace Token to no avail.

Any advice kindly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with this.

There’s nothing on our side which is preventing this. I can see successful submissions coming in over the last few days from The Payroll Site.

It may be worth dropping them an email to see if they can give you any further information on the error you’re seeing?
