Issue with quickfile not updating bank feed

Hi, on reconciling accounts today and sending transfers between bank accounts over the last few days, I have noticed there is an issue with quickfile not picking up what it thinks are duplicated amounts.
I transferred an amount of £250.00 on the 29.7.24 from one account to another (both HSBC) as I had sent one earlier that day, it seems to have picked that transfer up, but not the 2nd one later in the day.
Then, exactly the same today with a transfer of £100.00, between the same accounts.
Then, working on reconciling an account, I discovered an imbalance on the 12.6.24 of £56.00.
Looking at the bank account and quickfile, the same has happened again, 2 payments for the same amount in the HSBC account and only 1 uploaded onto quickfile.

QuickFile will only import transactions that the bank deems fully booked/completed.

This is usually done overnight but can be longer depending on the bank (we have no control over this).

I looked at the £250 transaction on 29.7.24 on the feed and it is now showing as booked, as you have now entered a manual transaction this will not be imported to avoid duplication

It’s quite strange as I only manually created the £56 transaction from the 12.6.24 yesterday 31.7.24 as this had still not imported across from the bank feed to QF.
Please could you explain why this did not import at all for 6 weeks?

I have not manually entered the details for the £100.00 transfer dated 31.7.24, please could you look into this. I will not manually enter this entry until you have looked into it.

The feed was matching based on date/description and amount, it has now been changed to transaction ID going forward.

The have also imported that transaction for you.
