Issues with bank feeds

Having problems with feeds from natwest bank. Transactions appearing within bank almost a week ago but not appearing within quickfile. Ive check the raw log and it doesn’t seem to appear. Been fine for a year and just started happening.

Have you manually refreshed the feed? Does it give any messages when doing so?
