Journal entry - stock to general purchase - is this done correctly?

HI, I understand I need to use a journal entry to transfer ‘stock’ to ‘general purchase’ I tried to do it, and it says it was a sucess but when I look at my reports, the amount still shows up in stock and none have the figures have changed accordingly - what am I doing wrong?

Entry should be

Dr 1003Finished Goods

Cr 5201Closing Stock
