Keeping Data Live Long Term for Dissolved Company

Hi,

We are in the process of closing down our limited company, which will be dissolved by 31/3/2021.

In terms of our dataset in Quickfile, our accountant has asked us to check whether it’s possible for us to be able to keep our accounts data-set live, including that for 2020/21 and long term, in compliance with HMRC guidance and rules.

Hi @Temple

If an account is inactive (as in, no logins) for 2 years, then we will delete the account but we do notify all users on the account 3 times before we take any action.
