My bank feed to HSBC Kinetic needed renewing but when attempting it their web page says:
We can’t complete your request

I can’t instigate the feed renewal from the Quickfile iOS app so not sure what to do here. I know that Kinetic have said they are closing their web-based interface entirely (!).
