I have a customer that wishes to spread invoice payments over a few weeks/months and have switched on Klarna and Clearpay in the Stripe dashboard but it doesn’t appear as a payment option when the invoice is received by the customer. I have double checked by using the ‘impersonate customer’ option and shows pay by card, but no other option. How do I get the Klarna or Clearpay options to show so my customer can use these options?
Hi. I use stripe but I think the klarna and clearpay options only appear for the stripe checkout. I can use them on my own website with it but the stripe option in quickfile looks completely different to the checkout. I’m by no means technical but I think you would need stripe checkout, assuming its different
Thank you for the reply. I tried making an invoice using Stripe directly, then when I tried to add Klarna or Clearpay they were blanked out as for some reason GBP wasn’t shown as a currency option. I’ve spent far too long trying to get it to work so have now issued the customer a Paypal invoice as they have a payment scheme option in the checkout. Cheers, Adam
