Knowledge base button on mobile device

Hi,
On your community website (desktop) I can switch to to the knowledge base by clicking the button in the top right corner. But I don’t have this button on my mobile device. Would it be possible to add this so that I can also access the knowledge base from a mobile device by tapping just one button?

Hi @rhc,

I’m not sure if this is anything we can control or whether it’s just a limitation with the forum on mobile.

You can still access the knowledgebase from the categories option.

We will have a look into this for you though and see if we can make it appear :slight_smile:

I think it’s because the button is pasted over the forum header rather than being part of it so on smaller resolutions/screens it is off the side. I’d guess the button code just needs nesting in something on the header so it follows it when the screen width is reduced.
