I have the landlord dashboard and when i enter a new rent demand quarterly and put in the date it comes up with some random date when i hit save. For example i set up a quarterly payment that was due on the 1st of June and when i saved it and went back to it and the reoccurring invoice it had set the due date for the 20th of April. I tried again three times and each time it creates a wrong date of the 20/4/2023. I have had to change it in the reoccurring invoice itself and save for it to be correct.
Do not use the landlord dashboard to set due dates without checking after you have saved it and refreshed the screen
