Landlord reminders: add CO2,fire and heat alarms

Feature requested
add a reminder task for replacement of: CO2 detector ( every 5 years ), fire alarm and heat detector ( every 10 years )…

for landlords

How I would expect it to work
these will be checked when the EICR is done every 5 years…so nice to be reminded

Surely a calendar reminder or task management software would be the most suitable place for these reminders, not accounting software.

in the landlord version of Quickfile there is already a reminder section - via the landlord dashboard…is very useful to have all the admin in one place
