Layout issue with customised invoice

I customised my invoice using the editor shifting the header “INVOICE” to the right stop and the logo space Central. I uploaded my logo as a JPG. On the screen it looks great but on the print outs my logo is missing and there is a black rectangle slightly lower where the logo should be.
How can I resolve this issue?

You may want to have a look at this topic which mentions the black rectangle issue:

some design software will quite often use CMYK as it’s default profile (older versions of Corel Draw being a main culprit) . There are quite a few free services out there that will convert CMYK profiles to RGB profiles for you ( http://www.cmyk2rgb.com being one of them ).

Just feed that your logo. Save the result… Then upload to your invoice again… That should fix the issue (and hopefully save Glenn an influx of “please fix my logo” posts ).

Hope this helps
Mike.

The PDF convertor we use has some issue with .JPEG images in CMYK. I’ve converted the image to a .PNG so it should now work fine. Hope that helps!
