Hi we have a customer who is a letting agency and I would like to put in the address we carried out work on the invoice as well as the agency address can you tell me how to do this

The easiest way I would say to do this would be to add the secondary address in the notes section of the invoice.

Problem with that is you cant search on the notes

You could also use project tags along side this, which can be viewed through the projects report.
As well as what @QFBeth suggested, it may be worth looking at invoice names (which can also be searched - see here) or comment lines.
