Is it possible to limit the view of bank transactions to current year only? The previous years have been closed and fully reconciled. I don’t need to see hundreds of PY transactions when I interrogate the bank statements.

QuickFile will auto archive transactions that are over 2 years old.
When the year end process is done, a lock date can also be assigned to prevent postings being edited.
Entries from the last 2 years will always show but they can be filtered out with the search when you are interrogating the data.
