Link Bank Feed

Hi there,

I have attached a bank account to my Quickfile to allow Banking feeds. However, on the open banking section it is still showing my account as ‘not linked’. I have looked at the help section which is telling me to activate bank feed but I can not see the more options tab to do this. Can you advise?

Hello @gflooringsolutionslt

I would reccomend revoking the feed in the Banking > Open Banking screen.

Going into your banking screen and clicking on the relevant bank you are trying to set up the feed for.

Select Options > Settings and selecting the correct bank name.

You can then set up the feed again so it is authorised and connected to the correct QuickFile bank account.
