Linking 2 QF accounts

I have two companies that share some common resources and services and they need to invoice each other (It’s a long story!!). Anyway, what I want to do is to link them so that invoices created on one are pushed to the other. I have read the FAQ’s and in one direction, I set it up no problem. However, in the other direction I never receive the invitation email to connect.

I thought at first this was an SMTP problem with the sending company and indeed, there were some issues. Anyway, I reset the password (Google wants strong passwords nowadays or they deny the service) and that seems to be OK. Nonetheless, I still never receive the email asking me to accept the connection. I have tried a couple of times since fixing the SMTP issue.

Any ideas? I can’t figure out why it works one way and not the other.

Any thoughts on this? I have lots of invoicing to do but at the moment I am in limbo as it would be great to push these to the other company without having to input them all manually.
