The guidance advises to setup letting agent as a client and then set up a tenant and link to the agent as a client. However, when I try to link the same letting agent to another tenant it will not allow this. My agent manages more than one tenant/property, so how do I deal with this? Does it matter if I don’t and just tag in the invoice when recording the letting agents statement?
