Linking to RBS Digital Banking

hi, hopefully someone can help

when i search through the bank feeds there isnt one for the website rbsdigital, and the business banking one asks for a user id, as well as a customer number, it doesnt seem to match up

i created an openbanking link:-

but it then states to goto feed and activate and im presented with the same list?

any idea?

seemed to suddenly come good once i selected the bank name RBS from the Account Settings

I’m not sure why it’s asking you to do this, have you tried going to the bank account and activating that way or are you still faced with this error?

It looks like it may be prompting you to set up a feed through Yodlee if it is not available through Open Banking?
