At present when we make a transfer between our two bank accounts (both have feeds set up to QuickFile), we can’t get the tagging to match. Marking one as a bank transfer to the other creates a new entry, rather than finding the matching entry in the other account. Is there any way to make this work, or should we be manually deleting the duplicates or just turn off the feed for one account and import the non-transfer entries separately?

When you have transactions on 2 accounts from 2 feeds you are give the option to match them when tagging.
Example £100 from nationwide to Monzo on 04/03/2026 theres a transaction on each account and I am taggigng them as a bank transfer
Marking one as a bank transfer to the other creates a new entry, rather than finding the matching entry in the other account.
On the final screen it defaults to “create new transaction”
You click the drop down to select the correct match rather than creating a new transaction
