List all transactions making up a balance on a Balance sheet account

Hi, I have a balance on a Balance sheet account and am trying to export/identify/list all the individual transactions that make up the balance - Is there a quick way of doing this ?

I have seen the below question but it covers all transactions
In the chart of accounts you can drill down and see transaction level detail for each nominal account.

You can also export this into a CSV. See the following guide:

Hi Glenn, Is there a detailed general ledger report where I can see and export the detail for each nominal ledger (item on the chart of accounts)? The report I have exported gives the figures and a purchase invoice QF00009 OR sales invoice10 description but I was looking for a description of what was actually on those invoices and posted to those nominal ledgers. I can see that this detailed can be view for each individual account on it’s own and then exported but I would like to print say all…

There are the 2 methods you mentioned

• Drill down on the code (results would be listed possibly over a number of pages)
• Export the codes activity

Also, if the balance sheet code is a bank account you could run your backup, this would give you csv exports of all of your ledgers and one for each bank account listing all data on each bank.
