List of purchases organised by categories

Hi,

I want to see a list of my purchases separated or organised by categories. I don’t want a summary, but the list in detail of all the purchases relating for example to advertising, rent or traveling.

Is there anyway to do it?

Hello @zaja

You can look at the nominal codes in the chart of account to see the individual invoices and amounts.

If you need to view item line data (e.g. descriptions from your invoices) you can get this information from a backup of your data.

This would give you csv exports of all of your ledgers including purchase item line data which could then be sorted by category(nominal code)
