Lloyds Bank Feed not importing all data correctly

My Lloyds bank feed was just renewed and shows as working however when I refresh and request the last 21 days of data its only pulled through the last few days.

Please can you advise?

** Update Quickfile has even emailed and suggested the balance is out of sync and I need to manually verify. Will this resolve after initial manual intervention as I have several new clients on boarding at the moment.

Some transactions did come through when I refreshed the feed for you.

I would still reccomend reconciling the account as there are a mix of manual and feed transactions listed.

Did it balance previously, if so to what date?

Thank you Steve that looks a lot better. It only brought through the last 2 days before for some reason!

I have refreshed the last 21 days, anything older you would have to import a bank statement or enter manually
